1. About Us
Riker Records is a trading style of Thurston Day Limited. When you place an order with us, you’re supporting an independent record label dedicated to great music and quality vinyl.
2. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order on our website, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your item—this applies to both in-stock items and pre-orders.
We accept secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other options offered at checkout.
3. Pre-Orders
When you pre-order a record, you’re reserving a copy before it’s available for shipping. This helps support the production process and ensures you don’t miss out on limited runs. We’ll keep in touch throughout the pre-order period to let you know what milestones have been ticked off.
• Shipping Date: The estimated shipping date for pre-orders will be clearly marked on the checkout page.
• Delays: If there’s a delay beyond the estimated shipping date, we’ll keep you updated. If your order hasn’t shipped within 2 weeks after the expected date, you can request a full refund.
• Cancellations: Pre-orders can’t be canceled unless there’s a significant delay beyond the stated timeframe.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your record arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at info@rikerrecords.com. We may ask for a photo or short video showing the issue (such as playback problems, skips, or damage).
• Do not send items back without contacting us first.
• If the issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
• In most cases, you won’t need to return the faulty item. If we do request a return, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
• If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
Exchanges:
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or quantity, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The quickest way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want, and we’ll guide you through the return process for the original item if needed. In these cases, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for items unless they are faulty or damaged. This applies to all products, including pre-orders and in-stock items.
Refunds:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund as soon as possible.
5. Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over how long your order may be held at customs. If you experience delays, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
All overseas packages are clearly marked with the contents and order value, as required for customs declarations.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. However, this does not limit any rights you may have under UK consumer protection laws.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it, including any attempt at unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or engaging in illegal activities.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our website or place orders, you agree to the current version of our terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to your purchase will be handled under UK legal jurisdiction.
